Beautiful eyeshadow topper, but arrived cracked

I love these and got them in every color. They give a sheer wash of color and a shiny finish to any eye look. However, I ordered the shade gray-brown off of Beautylish and it arrived dried out, unlike the other three shades which I ordered off of Sephora. I was most excited about this shade and ordered it as soon as it came back in stock. Clearly, I am quite disappointed and I won’t even get a chance to return it as I live overseas and the whole process is just going to be too much of a hassle.
