Regarding your purchase from Beautylish- if you call customer service (they are amazing!) they will refund your product in full with a picture, and because it’s an international shipping they will not request that you ship it back- and just let you do what you like with it.
I have to say I do not work for Beautylish. I live in Canada so I am considered international shipping as well. This exact situation happened to me, it was a different product.
The representative told me that it doesn’t make financial sense for me to ship it back to them. The representative asked me to keep it and They would be more then happy to send me out a new product or a refund to my credit card.
I can’t tell you enough how wonderful their customer service is! Beautylish has amazing service you will leave the interaction very happy.
