Wasn't for me

A friend highly reccommeded this product to me and I was excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, it didn't work so well with my skin. I tried using a foundation brush, sponge, and my fingers. I found a sponge gave me the best coverage, as the brush seemed streaky and uneven. Once I got it blended well, it did look great. But, a few hours after application, it appeared blotchy, and my blemishes started to peek through. It almost slid right off my face! My friend uses it and her skin always looks flawless, so I am guessing that it just isn't right for my skin type. I do not have oily skin, but I do experience a little bit of acne and some dry patches on my chin and the crease of my nose.

I love this foundation! It gives the perfect "dewy" look without being shiny or oily. I have been having trouble with acne and roseca on my face lately, and this foundation works well over my concealer to provide a smooth looking cover without looking caked on. I dust some translucent powder over my t-zone to help set it. I work as a barista and constantly encounter steam from the dishwasher but my makeup stays put! Love it!!!

Absolutely the best mascara I have tried!

I have always been a fan of Lancome mascara, but I wanted to try the doll lashes for a more dramatic look. I was amazed by how well it fanned my lashes while thickening and lengthening at the same time! It stays put all day too. I don't use waterproof because I don't like how difficult it is to remove, but this still stays on all day without needing another coat. I don't get any clumping either.

My Fav of all time!

My friend got me hooked on this color, and her and I both use it for our number one go-to lipstick. The color goes on smooth, and doesn't feel dry or flaky like some other brands I have used. There's no funky taste either. The color looks much redder when applied than it does in the product description, which is a good thing!

Great for those that need help learning how to shape their brows

I got this kit because my esthetician told me my brows were not shaped properly. The guides have helped to keep me from plucking areas that shouldn't be, and also helped me to pluck the right areas. I love the way you can build the color or use minimal amounts to fit the look. It looks much more natural than the pencil I was using because the color sticks to the hair, not the skin under it. The tools included are also nice. I have learned how to use the angled brush to achieve the look I am going for. I probably won't buy the kit again because I won't need everything it comes with. But I am glad I got it because now I can just purchase the right color and use what I learned to apply it!
