neat affect

this nail polish has a neat affect you have to apply a color under it for it to get the affect and feels gritty when it dries looks cool doesnt last to long though i think its over priced but looks cool

awesome for your money

i love all the colors i find them on sale some times i think they work the best out of all the nail polishes i have bought i like them every color comes out of the bottle as it looks in the bottle seems to last longs as well . this is about the only brand i will buy now , i really like the neon colors
