I absolutely love this liner! I've had a really good experience with using it. It comes on smooth and the glitter really pops and stands out. You do have to make sure to really dip the brush into the liner, but otherwise it works really well. I love intense eye make up, and this liner goes smoothly over eye shadow as well as the bare lid. It adds a really cool twist to a smokey eye look and the different colors allow for a lot of different kind of styles.
