Neglected to choose a star rating for "The Collection"
Hello again, being 'new' posting reviews and after reading my post, I realized I neglected to 'rate' my experience with "The Collection"... to be sure, there is no doubt I offer this collection 5 stars.
First let me start by disclosing that I have never written a review, simply because It generally takes quite a bit to impress me, yet, here I sit in my office feeling compelled to share my experience with "The Collection". I have discovered over many years...(being in my early 50's), that often it is not a 'singular thing' that makes for a good experience, but a "culmination" of little things, which was the case here. To be sure, the start of this experience began with trepidation...(online ordering et al') and ended with one of the very best brush collection in my vast array of other Japanese constructed brushes. The quality of each brush was exemplary while the uses of each were limited only by my imagination. To be sure...there is NOT one brush that has not been used to it's full potential...including the "Foundation Brush" which some find to be to small which I can't understand...certainly I don't have what would be considered a 'small' face, yet I find that particular brush to be perfect for the application of my many (liquid, creme) foundations! Honestly, there is not one brush that doesn't appear to be well crafted, well thought out, well designed...and hence, well loved and well used. There is not one brush that isn't used on a daily basis and I have since re-ordered and received 'backups' as I wait patiently for the availability of others from the Face Collection and the Eye Collection. I would highly recommend that if you're in a position to do so, treat yourself to all 3 sets...(Collection, Face & Eye), as you will certainly be extremely happy that you did! As I stated, it's seldom "one thing" that makes for a great experience...and in this case it's not just the 8 brushes in this exquisitely combined set, as I must add to this experience, the unexpectedly amazing encounter and assistance that I received while dealing with Beautylish Customer Service! Enjoy your purchase...you won't be disappointed!
