why wouldn't they tell us

I bought this product on here and have used almost half the bottle so imaging my surprise when I read in the editorial section that it must be used on a wet face for it to be activated lol. Whyyy wouldn't there be something written on the label informing consumers about this before we use half of this very expensive beauty balm ???
