Unfortunately I don't really remember what my exact dye recipe was, but I usually just add enough conditioner to make sure it'll cover my whole hear. I just eyeball it. But I know for the pink, it was extremely light already but I didn't want it to last long so I diluted it more than usual. If you just use it straight without diluting it it'll still be extremely light pink. And if it's too dark for you you can always fade it. :)

When/if you mix it, just eyeball it till it looks right and take a tiny bit of dye and spread it on paper or paper towel. It'll absorb into it and give you an idea of what it'll look like on bleached white hair. You have to take into account the shade of your own hair, so if it's a bit darker blonde than it won't be that light. Hope I've helped :)
