Beauty Product Reviews

Read Carefully--MINI !

I definitely did not read the product title cautiously enough, and accidentally ordered these instead of the regular size. It's a bummer, but they're basically the same and allow you to have more per palette. I just wish the price reflected the size difference as a 20 pack of both the mini and the regular are $6, which is why I didn't catch the difference. Oh well.

Perfect Balance Between Nars and YSL

Great for drier eyes, wouldn't recommend for major dark circles. It's the perfect balance between being thick enough for good coverage, and thin enough to look very natural. It blends beautifully into the skin, and can work under the eyes, on less textured areas of redness (ie no huge blemishes), and as a cream highlighter alone or as a base for powder. For reference, it's thinner and more hydrating than the Nars Creamy Concealer with slightly less coverage, and it's thicker and gives more coverage than the YSL Touche Eclat. You can build it up a bit if you find it too sheer on the first go. Fair 1 is ever so slightly yellow-toned, so it neutralizes purple and red tones very well.
