Absolute favorite “corner of the outer crease” brush
I’m so glad this is still available! Somehow mine disappeared and I use it every single day. There is no other brush in my collection like this one. It is the perfect amount of bristles and circumference to get the outer of the of my eye shadowed perfectly.
So happy he made this one
Like Claire, I too have absolutely loved his original (black) brush for applying blush. I have been extremely careful with it since it was discontinued long ago, and I was worried I would somehow damage or wear it out from overuse. I can use Wayne’s favorite Nars “Exhibit A” blush on my very fair skin because this brush deposits the airiest amount of blush.
Tiny but mighty
I actually have the first Wayne Goss brush exactly like this with the black coloration (#08). I like this new light colored one because the bristles seem a bit sturdier and actually blend into the eyelashes easier while I am able to see the color as it lays down product. I have used it with dark powder shadow, as well as an eye pencil, and both worked very well with this new brush
Works like no other brush
Wayne said this took a long time to make. It was worth his time!!. I have NO similar brush in my collection. It lays down color “precisely” in that outside corner of the hooded eye area, where I now have (unfortunately) mature eyes. This is so soft and yet sturdy enough to not move the skin while adding color to that outside corner. I am amazed nobody made a brush like this before. Thank you, Wayne!!!!
I USE THIS EVERY SINGLE DAY
Not a day goes by when I am not using this to place a darker shadow in the outer corner of each eye. Depending on the color, medium or dark, I also use this brush to blend it out. If using dark, gray say, for instance, I will use another brush to blend out the harshness. For a quick make up application, I would use a medium shade in the outer corners and just blend out with this brush. This is one of my favorite Sonia G brushes of all time!!
Why did I wait so long to buy this?
I have heard of Duraline for years, but never thought I needed it. Well, now I've decided to use black POWDER eyeshadow (Natasha Denona's blackest black) for my tightline technique, instead of gel liner, & thought I'd give it a go. What a difference it makes! I was using MAC's Fix+ but this stuff makes it much more 'adhesive'. As a bonus, it doesn't make my sensitive eyes water.
Smears like crazy - sorry Wayne
I don’t use warm colored eyeshadows or I would’ve purchased the palette; however, I did purchase the rich hazel eye pencil. It went on smoothly and looked fine until about an hour and a half in when I looked in the mirror and it had smeared all under my bottom lashes. I am not one who has a problem with this - EVER, & was SO disappointed. I look forward to his other products because his brushes are wonderful and I have quite a few. Been a fan of Wayne’s since the beginning.
Can’t seem to get any better than this
Can’t seem to get any better than this! I don’t even know why I keep trying to find other products that are similar. Besides smelling so so good, it removes make up like nothing else and rinses clean (although I do use a second cleanse). I have even used this on my marble top vanity to remove smeared eye pencil residue. It works like magic.
Perfection once again!
All of my Sonia G brushes are incredible so I had no doubt this would be anything else. The size I was thinking would be too close to my Goss 19 but it is a different shape. Sonia’s has more fullness at the tip making it a better blender. It blends like a dream, to be expected.
