Beauty Product Reviews
Love it!
Fantasy and Midnight Fantasy are my two favourite fragrances, and the fact that they put them in a package together is genius! Fantasy is perfect for the day time, and Midnight Fantasy is perfect for nighttime. The best thing about this is that they work well together- even if I was wearing Fantasy all day, I can spray a little Midnight Fantasy over it for a quick conversion for night. The packaging is clever, but when I detach the two, I often have one of the spray caps come off. That's my only complaint; otherwise, I love this!
My favourite scent!
I absolutely love this scent, but if you are a person who doesn't really like sweeter, sugary scents, you should probably pass on this. To me, it smells like cotton candy with maybe a little bit of vanilla, and that's what's appeasing to me. The bottle is very cute (my favourite colour is pink so I may be biased) but I often have issues with the sprayer popping off. That's a quick fix, though, so I'm not too concerned about it.
My Holy Grail!
I absolutely adore this liner. Besides the fact that the tip is a little difficult to work with(but once you get the hang of it, you'll be fine) it's great. It's an intense black and dries to a nice matte finish. On days where my allergies are absolutely terrible, it may smudge a little bit, but definitely not as much as other liners I have tried. It's only about $6, and it's definitely worth it!
Not my favourite
It was an okay mascara, but just okay. It didn't really give my lashes volume, but it did give quite a bit of length. It does begin to flake towards the end of the day, and it makes my lashes feel extremely hard. It's okay if you're in a pinch, but I wouldn't really recommend it.
Okay, but not quite a base
I bought this in hopes of it being a base to help some of my shadows really pop. It doesn't really make colorful shadows pop; on the contrary it sort of washes them out. The consistency isn't really very creamy. Mine was actually kind of chunky. Not at all an alternative for the Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk.
