Blush Contour Highlight

This is just a really nice brush for all of your color powder face products. It may even make a really good foundation brush for you if you prefer to apply with a patting motion. This picks up and blends powders really nicely, and it works on all the areas of my face. Definitely worth the price.

Softening!

This cleansed my brushes really well. It brought my white saikoho goat brushes back to being white and kept them super soft. But it also softened a brush that was a little too rough for me. The hairs on this brush are dyed sokoho goat. Sokoho is already not the softest kind of goat hair, and dying hairs makes them even less soft. This brush wasn't scratchy, but it didn't feel like a Hakuhodo white goat brush. Now it feels almost as soft as my Hakuhodo and Wayne Goss brushes. One wash with this brush shampoo was all it took.

Same brush, different handle

I got the FuPa 01 first, and I loved it so much, I decided to get the 02. They're both amazing foundation brushes. Very dense and soft on the skin, and they give a really nice foundation finish. They work for both liquid and powder foundations. They're both so beautifully dense that they would probably also do great with stick and cream foundations. As you see I have these in their pink handled varieties. I had to get those sent from Japan. In my opinion Beautylish would be much better off selling the entirety of Koyudo's BP, Fu-Pa and Gray Squirrel lines than their novelty brushes.

Fantastic for foundation and bronzer

This brush is soft and the handle feels wonderful to hold. I usually like smaller brushes for foundation because they allow me to get into the small areas of my face, but this brush got into all the nooks and crannies without any extra effort. It provided a lovely foundation finish. Then I wiped it off and used it for bronzer. It did great for my cheeks and chin, but I needed to go in with a smaller brush for my hairline. I always like a brush that can multitask, especially when it costs good money like this one. I think this is worth its's price tag.

So Versatile

I got the Hakuhodo version of this brush (J210) first. When I realized I loved it so much that I needed two of them, I got the Wayne Goss version. I decided to try the 13 because while they're the same brush, the WG is a few dollars cheaper. I use these brushes for highlighter, blush, contour and to buff in my powder. It's not cheap, but if you already know that this round pompom kind of brush shape works for you, it's a great investment.

Too small for foundation.

This brush is definitely too small for foundation, unless you have a really small face. But, it's great for highlight and blush. It's super soft, and blends powder and cream products really nicely. It's probably also good for contour, but I haven't tried it for that yet.
