Full Coverage?

I was so excited to receive this. I am extremely fair with neutral yellow undertones so it can be difficult to find a shade match. I swatches it on my face and it was a little bit dark and still a little bit pink but still workable. I applied this first with a beauty blender but it was like there was nothing on my face. It didn't cover red spots, beauty marks, NOTHING! I thought maybe user error. So then I tried it with two different types of foundation brushes and still it provided almost no coverage.

The reviews on here all say good things and that is full coverage. But for me it gave almost no coverage and didn't work with my skin. I will be returning it.
