So expensive- but so worth it!!

This product is hands down the best mask I have ever used. Wearing makeup every day can be very rough on your skin and this is the first product that has ever actually worked.

It's very easy to use and mixing it up to that 'brownie batter like consistency' is actually kind of cool. You have to keep it on your skin for a while- longer than most masks- but you could easily be doing other stuff when wearing it. It doesn't drip or run so you can do your laundry or dishes. Or just relax, which is what I usually do!

Being able to actually SEE a difference is amazing. If you suffer from congested skin this mask is for you- hands down. This product is a splurge. But your skin is definetely worth it.

Good color but did not compare to the hype.

The color matched me perfectly- I will start with that. Those pictures Charlotte has are very accurate in my opinion and in turn made selecting the foundation very easy over the internet. So props to her team for doing that.

Unfortunately this foundation just didn't wear like it is advertised to. It isn't full coverage- I'd say its a strong medium (if you are generous with the application). I have some redness around my nose that I always look at first when trying a new foundation. This foundation didn't cover it- at all. I had to apply a good amount of concealer to get the coverage I want. Normally, that isn't a bad thing. But this is being advertised as a full coverage foundation- I shouldn't have to be doing that. I found myself really trying to help the foundation cover my minor redness.

Now for the wear. It caked up throughout the day. I set it with my RCMA powder but around 2 hours of wear I was looking in the mirror in shock. It seriously looked like I had on a super thick foundation AND a thick foundation powder. We all know that look. That's what I was staring at. *I should note that the foundation isn't really super thick in consistency. I'd say it's a very normal feeling foundation right when you pump it out.

My skin type is normal-combo. Nothing really to write home about but after a full day of wearing this foundation (just at work. nothing special. no walking or sweating.) I was an oily mess many times. Normally a blotting paper would do but this felt different. I had the urge to really just take off my makeup after a couple of hours- I was feeling greasy.

I tried to make this foundation three separate days using different moisturizers, primers and even serums. I just couldn't make this work which is very odd for my skin. Charlotte Tilbury has such a beautiful line but this foundation is not my favorite and it's really disappointing.
