Disappointed

I was expecting some kind of shade to make this different to Ice Cold but I was very disappointed to find this was just a frosty white shade with no colour pay off at all.

I wanted to be able to use this as a highlighter with a softer not so icier tone than Ice Cold but they are basically the same colour.

Such a shame, I have been very happy with the majority of Skinfrosts I have purchased so far.

Great as a blush and overall skin shade for fairer skin

I have quite a few of the skin frosts and find them so perfect for summer nights when you want a little colour on those shoulders, décolletage, legs, and the high points on your face and eyeshadow. Dark Horse, KIng Tut and Peach Goddess would have to be my favourite summer shades.

I don't go out in the sun because of my fair skin and these give me the glowing colour I need on summery nights.

I have been very fortunate that each Skinfrost I have purchased from Beautylish has arrived in perfect condition and I would not purchase them from any other company. Beautylish wrap them so well it takes an age to get into them and I am very confident in their perfect delivery.

KIng Tut arrived in perfection condition and is gorgeous.

First CC cream I have liked

I love the lemony smell, it doesn't stick around for long but that first burst sure freshens the mind.

Extremely hydrating which is fantastic on my dry skin.

You only need a small amount and the coverage is fantastic, I do prefer to rub it in with my fingers, I find too much product is lost absorbed by a sponge or brush application. Once it is applied, I like to go over with my beauty sponge and a little powder and make sure it is all pressed in a set. Lasts all day, looks very natural, no creasing and absolutely no burning in this hot Aussie sun.

Went straight out and purchased a back up tube. When you find I foundation that works, it's my experience to buy back ups before they disappear for ever.

Just magically different

This Skinfrost is just wonderful if you slightly dust it over your skin under a strapless or thin strapped black dress. Just seems to add something magical to your ourfit. My son who has a very olive tanned complexion compared to my Casper the Ghost pale, very kindly experimented with a dusting on his arms and it gave a completely different effect on him. Both ways it looks fanstastic Great for an all over Summer glow or you can use it on your eyes. I love the Skinfrost range. Just start with a small dusting and build up.

Not the best

I'm a little disappointed in these brushes. I find them too soft to do my foundation and they are not as dense as described. I like a good dense brush to hold my product and these brushes just fluff it everywhere, especially when some of the eye shadows and face powders are quite dusty to begin with.

Very expensive for what they are. I am glad I purchased the kit instead of the expensive single brushes because I would have been very upset.

At least this way with the $75 I have spent I can find something to do with them and make them work.

The travel holder is fantastic the best part of the whole set.

I just wish when they make a quality product that they would continue that across the board. I sometimes feel these companies are just making a grab for your money.

Doesn't work unless you have mannequin skin

I purchase this on Wayne Goss's recommendation, he made it look and sound so good. I have been trying this foundation all week. Looking up YouTube videos, anything to get that perfect looking skin.

I have discovered that this doesn't work unless you have smooth skin to begin with. Any wrinkles, laugh lines, pores or scars show up in abundance and are extenuated beyond belief. I had be crying that something that I finally had got looking so good was half an hour later blotchy, patched and falling off my face. The worst was the lines of foundation gathered around my lips.

This is a young woman's foundation not an 'adult' foundation. I look forward to the day they make foundations and actually show them working to perfection on a grown-up woman's skin not on the gorgeous I can where anything skin from my 20's.

This is a big no from me. Also the colours are way off, what I thought would match was too light and the rest are too confusing to make a choice so then you are up for more money to purchase the palettes to find your correct shade. Not a bad way to make a few extra bucks. No thanks.
