No clown cheeks!
Smooth, foolproof neutral blush for the office. I like it high on the cheeks for a "lifting" effect. What's bonus? I have never broken out from this blush, a huge win!
Other nice Bobbi Brown blushes: Apricot and Tawny.
There's something really playful about In the Garden.
A perfect mix of neutrals and color, matte and shimmer. Smooth, with nice color payoff, but not too crazy pigmented--for a neutral kinda girl, this is key. I like to wear the jewel toned e/s as on the upper lashline. My preferred way: Lay on some of the black/olive (glittery!) eyeliner--a thicker line of it. Follow with a wash of the lighter, nude-y shades. I top it all off with one of the richer jewel shades on the lashline, applied with dampened slanted eyeliner brush.
A standard in my everyday work look
For something nice and classy on a workday.
I do a wash of the Bobbi Brown Bronze shimmer, some black eyeliner--on the thick side with a bit of a flick--, followed by a coat or two of black mascara. Not disco-shiny, just a smooth and classy highlight on the lids. Perfect for a quick and easy look--real hard to mess up.
If I have more time, I intensify the black line with Bobbi Brown Smoke e/s, maybe a bit of BB Slate e/s on the crease. I also use the Slate as an eyebrow powder.
