Beauty Product Reviews

Cute but pricey

I mean yeah...I absolutely adore this product! But sis idk if she's worth this much. It's pretty much just a slightly different version of the supreme frost which is a better deal if you ask me.

Yes

Yes. Just yes. I own MANY liquid highlighters and glitters, but this one takes the crown! I said this in my review of another shade, but fair warning these things are super glittery! I love that because I'm just extra in general. They have the shine of highlights and that little pop from glitter. They also don't have that stickiness that the Fenty body lava highlights have.

Summer Vibez

So I love these in general, but I don't like this taste. It's a bit chemically, but it smells like slushies and summer. You can always wipe it away with a rag or something which is what I'm doing now so I don't have to taste it. But still works!

Cute

I mean it's super cute and the size of the back of my hand, but y'all this ain't worth almost $30.

Sent me to Heaven

This is so insanely blinding that I don't even have words for it! A little goes a LOOOONG way with her and I love the extra sparkle and glitter that this has compared to the og skin frosts. I am dying to get my hands on an Extreme Frost now to see if she'll send me to God's front door.

It's Got Green Sparkles

Okay I didn't even read the shade description. This shade is so beautiful and then I saw green and shook, but I LOVE THE GREEN! It just works. I've seen a ton of reviews comparing this to the Coverfx highlight drops when it should be compared to their glitter drops. I like this on my body for that sexy shimmer. I've used it on my lids and definitely adds that BAM that you want from a dramatic eye look. I haven't used it as a highlight shade only because I haven't done a look that would call for a pale gold and green highlight.

Actually Huge

The bag is so much bigger than I thought! She's got enough room to hold all of my makeup and anxiety! Be careful with the inner stitching for the two pockets inside. I don't know if I over stuffed or what, but the thread did rip. The bag itself is still fine and this isn't an issue for me. It feels great and it's easy to clean if you're a bit everywhere with your makeup like me.

Not Really a Deal

So...fyi this isn't any cheaper than buying them separately but I don't really care. It was supposed to come with stickers or something, but I never got them so that's disappointing. The Lavender and Lemon Drop ones are the two I've yet to try. I use the original whenever I'm just playing around and making looks for Instagram, I use Rose for my out in public looks. No particular reason why, it just goes with the aesthetic of my other brushes. I assume I'll like the other two and given that Lemon Drop is just as soft as the Rose, then there shouldn't be much difference other than the shapes. I personally prefer these to regular sponges as well.

Cotton Candy Dreams

First off...the packaging. I LOVE IT! I'm not a huge fan of pink but I will go full in Barbie for Jeffree. The twist cap to keep the powder from going everywhere is by far the best thing I've seen from any loose powders. She smells like cotton candy but it isn't overwhelming and fades away after a minute or so. I actually use this with my Urban Decay Stay Naked Concealer and it the duo stays set for at least 14 hours (I couldn't force myself to go a full 24)! I will say though that I did expect it to be bigger given the size of some of Jeffree's other products, but I don't use a lot of this so it isn't currently a problem. I've found that I prefer applying this with a denser domed shaped brush and packing it in like that. This shade is absolutely perfect for me too!

Creaseless Full Coverage Moment

I've tried a LOT of concealers from drugstore to boujee, but there are only 2 that have worked for my wack skin. This one and the Urban Decay Stay Naked concealer. I was worried about ordering the shade online, but C22 ending up being perfect to brighten my under eye (for reference my shade in foundation is 71NN in the Stay Naked foundation). The formula isn't heavy but she is pigmented so you don't need much. Personally, I like setting this with the Colourpop powder foundation using a nice little powder brush and it LASTS! I love this and the I haven't even mentioned the STUNNING packaging! Be careful with the star though...it is sharp and breaks pretty easy if you drop it. She's cute y'all and she works
