Beauty Product Reviews

life changing

The idea of palettes, in my opinion, should be to streamline the before work routine and make a gorgeous face possible in half the time without having to pull the whole kit out. After purchasing so many palettes that end up sitting in the cupboard, the Viseart Warm Mattes palette has finally done it for me! Usually there's something missing, either a workable base or highlight shade, or useful transition or crease colors. Not this time! The color edits are divine, not only are they extremely versatile, but they all work together well in so many different combinations, and there are also really unique options with the sunset shades - not one miss in the entire palette. I can't rate this highly enough. The service from Beautylish gets full marks too - I ordered on a Friday and had it on Tuesday, in Australia!

So good I bought another one straight away

This palette in Minx absolutely lives up to the hype. I have many high end shadows but this is in a class of it's own. I was so impressed that I bought the Cashmere palette straight away. I doubt I'll ever reach for Tom Ford's Cocoa Mirage or Nude Dip palettes ever again. I'm new to Beautylish as well, and the customer service is outstanding so I hope they'll be carrying the new Amethyst and Nuance Theory palettes when they are released.

So not worth the money

I've wasted some money on lipsticks in my life, but this takes the cake. For the money, and being a 'natural' brand, I expected moisture and no fragrances/taste. Instead I got an unusable, dry, lemon flavored stick of hard wax. The color is gorgeous, but no good if you can't spread it on to a lip brush, even on a hot day. If you're looking for a comfortable, emollient, pigmented pale nude pink for fussy dry lips - then Charlotte Tilbury's KISSING lipstick in Valentine ticks all the boxes that Kjaer Weis Honor misses.
