Best eyeliners in my collection

First, I do not understand all the reviews complaining that these liners are not waterproof. Where does it state a kohl pencil is waterproof? They are kohl and meant to smudge, so anyone complaining about that should not have bought kohl pencils. Giving a bad review for not understanding how a product works seems ridiculous. I own every color. I've been through several and repurchased. I am fair with watery eyes, so smudging is very obvious on me. Mascara tends to smudge on me if I don't get the right mascara. However, I never experienced a problem with these liners smudging or acting in a way that they should not. I also bought the Hindash pencil liner, which is similar, but I like the Wayne Goss pencils better.

I have every color

I love these eyeliners. They are soft and easy to apply to both the upper and lower waterline. They smudge out easily and apply like a dream. I love his pencils whether lip or eye. Perfection.

Best liners I've ever used.

I love these liners. I've tried so many. I have all Wayne's makeup products, and some brushes, but the liners, both lip and eye, are the best I've ever used. They glide on and they stay on. I'm 46, so liners must be soft, but I also have watery eyes, so they need to stay put. These liners do all of the above.

So amazing

I got this as a sample a few months back. I used it and spent the day feeling my own hair all day long. It felt so good. I obsessed over it and finally purchased the set for my own Christmas present. I couldn't be happier with it.
