Too matte, to dry...

I've seen so many good reviews from so many youtubers, and everyone was raving how excellent the formula is. Thus I bought this one in watermelon. I don't like it at all. It dries down too quickly on the lips, that you cannot correct your lip look. And it feels dry. The scent is also really weird. I don't know why this product is so hyped up.
