streaky and difficult to apply

I'm so bummed about this color... the formulation is nothing like the other Jeffree liquid lipsticks I own (unicorn blood & posh spice). I agree with previous reviewers who say it's streaky, thin, and uneven. Unfortunately I'm sending it back :(
