Best quality, most easy to apply, glamorous, eyeliner I have ever used! **Knock on wood** I have not had any issues with it drying out, whatsoever so far! I purchased it with the Billy B Paint Brush Nine and have not had any worries/stress/struggle applying it, not even once! I also purchased both products with Bioderma Sensibio H2O for removal, as it is seriously matte-tattooed to your lids once it sets. Not sure if it affects the brush negatively, (haven't had any problems yet) but I clean the brush every morning with a cotton ball absorbed with the Bioderma and also clean it every other day with Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile soap in lavender sent that I got at a vitamin shop. Perfect combination! I will never purchase another eyeliner.
