Best product for dry, sensitive skin

I had been searching for a while to find a product that worked for my dry, sensitive skin after moving to the East Coast from balmy LA. This product works super well as a night cream and is honestly the only product that I've found that has mitigated the crazy chapping cold in NYC. A bit on the pricey side but it goes a long ways.
