I have this in busy signal and I left the lid of of the jar for a while and now it is bard and not the consistency it should be. Any tips to get it back to it's original state?

I really really really really want the burning heart palette but i just can't afford it :( With shipping it's $42 . I need thirty words in this..... soooooo..... do they only sell online? ( in canada) or could i get it at sally's or something?
