Dont buy this

This isn't a highlighter. I was so excited to receive this in the mail and I got it today. Its chunky glitter that just falls off. I'm so disappointed. I love jeffrees lipsticks so I wanted one of the highlighters for a long time, but this isnt it. I cant even return it because beautylish doesnt honor the price that you paid in Canadian dollars.
