Is the Smudger two as effective as Smudger One? And just as soft on the undereye?

Oh, I've just noticed your question. Both Smudgers are very similar. The white one can be used with cream and liquid textures that's its advantage over Smudger One. None of them is prickly though Smudger One is a tad softer on the eye and slightly more flexible. As it's going to be discontinued I do advise to grab it while it is still available.
