It takes a while to dry, which makes it easy to smear. But once it does dry, it's not going anywhere until you SCRUB it off. Which can be a good thing or bad depending on how neat you are. :/

Messy

The formula takes too long to dry, and once dry, it flakes. The wand itself just kinda smears the product across your lashes as compared to actually coating each lash. Cheap to buy=Cheaply made.

Everything Bert's Bees that I've tried so far has worked incredibly. The chapstick is no acception. Doesn't melt all over the place, smells good (minty), and keeps your lips hydrated. Good stuff!
