Even better than the Original!
Urban Decay Sin Primer Potion is a great multitasking product. Of course it helps shadows stay on, makes them more vibrant, and keeps them from creasing, but it also gives shimmer shadows even more metallic sheen, brightens lids, and can be used alone as a shadow. I love leaving just this underneath my brow bone for my highlight shadow. I also works great alone as a base for a winged liner look. All in all, one of my favorite products on the market.
Great Deal!
I only have a few of these, and all in mini sizes, but I am nowhere close to using any of them up! The pricetag may be large on these, but I can't even imagine how long all that product is going to last! I like to apply these wet for a more full color look. I also like that they are easily used as eyeshadow, blush, lipgloss, or nail polish. Very versatile product and very cool colors!
A product that grew on me.
When I first used bareMinerals, I could not understand where all of the love for this product was coming from. For me, it looked like I was wearing nothing, Warmth looked awful on my skin, and pretty much the only step I could get behind was Mineral Veil. I gave my foundation to a friend, and walked away for a while. When I came back to BE, I was a little more knowledgeable. I bought a different color and the Matte formulation instead of the Original. Now it is one of my favorite foundations. I love how easy it is to use one product for concealer, foundation, and powder. Also, it evens out my skintone without making me look too done up. I still skip on Warmth though, choosing cooler toned bronzers instead.
Great curler, especially for $1. I find that the spring loading gives me a deeper curl and the handle is very easy to hold. To me, it compares to the Tarte Eyelash Curler, but is about $15 cheaper, so a much better deal. And even though the spring pops out on them sometimes, they're only a dollar and very easily replaced.
The Blush That Taught Me I Could Wear Blush!
I have very red, splotchy skin and for the longest time I thought blush was just something I could never use without looking like a clown. Then I discovered NYX Blush in Natural and it changed my life! The very light pink shade was great for giving me a bit of color, but not overpowering my face. I have since moved on to many more blushes, but I will always remember Natural for teaching me the right colors of blush to buy.
In my experience, these shadows are hit and miss. I have found that some finishes, like the Metallics, have great pigmentation and are extremely high quality, especially for the price point, while others, especially the Glitters, are chalky and completely unblendable. My advice would be to pay attention to the finishes.
