Its because the city I'm from. Certain characteristics are like lower class characteristics, like big hoop earrings, tatoos, and different coloured hair, especially for African Americans :(

Wow, that's such a shame. But I guess that's one of the countries that aren't ''come as far'' as rich countries where tons of young people have colored hair, piercings and tattoos. In Norway, even normal people have all those things! So it'll probably be ''normal'' to look like that pretty soon.
