Would love to get my recently colored hair (Poison by Arctic Fox) to a bright intense purple/violet. To get the brightest red, my hair went through 3 rounds of lifting, IN ONE DAY! It definitely beat the pudding outta my locks. As I was a Black Onyx, or Black Sapphire for the last 15yrs or so… The bleach massacred my hair, taking it from just above my hips to barely past my shoulders…. This being absolutely heartbreaking, because it was the longest it’s EVER been, I always had bobs and pixies my entire life. Stopped cutting it 6yrs ago when I was pregnant with my only kid. Had a pixie at that point, and came along way since!! Well now it’s fried, barely run a brush or hands through it, can’t wash out the shower products most times, and it’s impossible to style it LIKE AT ALL… I know replacing color with color isn’t going to solve sheet, but at least I’ll have a color less of a pain in the ace to maintain etc. I want to eventually go back to my black shades, but interested in a intense purple shade before then. My natural color is red (yep imma ginger at heart) but I’m sad to say this has to GOOOO! How can I achieve the shade of purple I want, without bleach, and red being what it has to go over?
