Smooth gliding, easy to apply gel liner that won't smudge.

Dip brush into liner, coating both sides of brush and wipe off excess. Using short, even strokes, glide liner across lash line from inner to outer corner. For a more dramatic look, extend and thicken line from outer corner up towards brow.

it's good for smudging

It's good for smudging and creating a smokey look but it won't stay out all day, I found that after a few hours, it started to get all over around my eye.
