Mineral Water Eye Brightening Pencil

It's creamy so you can smudge it but a great recommendation is putting it under concealer because it looks super natural. I would even go as far as saying it's a highlighter although it hides and distracts from dark circles a lot and adds of "light" to your eyes and gives the "awake" look.

Everything you want in an eye pencil and so much more. You really can't compare it to any other pencil. I'll just say its the best.. I wouldn't go one day without it..

I couldn't wait to try this product, when I applied, it I first wiped my waterlines with a q-tip so the eyeliner would stay longer. The pencil went on with ease, with a creamy feel.
