I’ve been using this powder daily in my morning smoothies, using a FULL scoop and it actually has helped with curbing my sugar cravings. I’ve noticed that I’m eating less BECAUSE I’m craving more protein and healthy fats NOT the sugar or caffeine. I understand the longer you go without sugar, the less you crave it. But I drank smoothies every other morning before this powder but was still wanting more calories. This powder IS working for me. It’s so delicious. I look forward to having it! My daughter even loves it!!! AND that speaks Volumes :-)

Great taste. I blend it in my vitamix with whatever { we’ll, haven’t tried with my greens yet} but with my blueberry/cauliflower smoothie, it’s sooo yummy! Great in banana nicecream as well. It’s a tiny bit powdery in a smoothie but it’s so slight... the flavor makes up for it. Best of all, it DOESN’T hurt my stomach! I don’t feel it curbs my sugar cravings though nor does it satisfy me...I’m going to add my milled flax and chia this week, see if that helps!! I definitely recommend!!!
