Essential Refining Eye Cream

I wish I didn't love this eye cream as much as I do, but I've tried many different eye creams and this is the one I keep coming back to for it's perfect consistency that isn't too heavy or too light for my combination-oily skin that still really hydrates and addresses my fine lines and puffiness. I see the difference in just a few applications and it feels great on, sinks in enough that it's not sitting on top of the skin but doesn't feel like it disappears right away either. It's a tough balance to achieve but Sulwhasoo nailed it.

I also love the pump on the container, as it makes it super easy and quick to apply, and more hygienic than dipping your finger in the same jar every day. The herbal scent took me a few days to get used to, but now I really enjoy it, too. It's a bit of a splurge but for me there's no going back.

This has a great consistency for an eye cream, and very hydrating for a light weight cream (not tacky and does not cause any milia for me, yay!). The slight zing of ginseng helps to revive my tired eyes, and works great for both morning and night (without affecting my eye makeup for AM). Just a tiny dot is enough to cover both eyes, so a little goes a very long way!
