Another awesome neutral palette!
I love the warmth of this palette and the simplicity of it. The shade "Bliss" is the perfect crease shade and "Kitten" is gorgeous for an inner corner highlight. I love that this includes a deep matte brown and matte nude. All of the shades blend super well and are very pigmented.
So recently I have sadly lost my Urban Decay Naked Palette (sad day I know), and I used this palette this morning. I was very surprised to find that this one is somewhat similar to the Naked Palette. The shadows went on well and they are pigmented just the way I like my shadows to be. If anything I wish there were a little more matte colors.
GO-TO PALETTE
This palette, to me, is a little more wearable than the Naked palette by Urban Decay. I find myself reaching for this more for the sole reason that there are more matte shades. I almost exclusively use "Bare" as my brow highlight. "Kitten" makes an amazing inner corner highlight, and "Bliss" is an amazing transition color. Unlike a lot of palettes I own, I can do an entire put together eyeshadow look with this palette. The texture for some of them are not as great as other brands, but I don't mind because the color payoff is just as good.
SO WORTH IT
I was debating between this and naked 3 and ended up buying this. It's $40 which is a bit pricey if your a drugstore buyer but I truly is worth it. you can create so many looks and the shadows are ALL so pigmented. as for the eyeliner I don't really like it. it's a smudge stick in damsel (deep brown) not my favorite but I'll give it another try and probably give it to a friend
All the colours are so pigmented! I've wanted this so badly! whenever going to sephora, I'd always swatch it but remind myself that I have the Naked pallet ... but I finally caved in to buy it and I don't regret it! The shadows are so smooth and apply very easy on the lid! Love this so much!
Perfect everyday palette
These colors can take you from day to night seamlessly. It includes matte, semi-sparkly, and full-on shimmer (including best-seller, "Kitten"). The only minor drawback, if it is one, is that 8 of the 10 shades are in the brown/natural family so, while the ebony/black color seems to work in fine, the sparkly blue "night sky" color seems to come out of nowhere. This, however, should not deter purchase as this group overall is gorgeous. I get many compliments on the sunset, bliss, and bubbly shades. ?
