Lash DNA Mascara

If you can get this mascara on, its great! It gives length and volume and doesn't flake at all.

However, the delivery is awful! The brush is huge, its almost impossible not to get this all over your eyelids and nose when applying, no matter how good you think you are! When you insert the wand back into the tube, product literally gushes out onto your hands. I'm not impressed.

I really like the way this mascara looks when you can get on properly, but I find the brush just so hard to use. I originally got a sample for free, with an order, which led me to buying the full size product. I use it pretty much everyday, but the brush is still a lot of work. The key seems to be making sure there's not too much product on the brush.

This is some of the most volumizing mascara that I have used. I just slowly brush on an even coat and build it up and my lashes look huge! It stays pretty soft (as opposed to dry, hard, and flaky) but still be aware that it may clump if you try to layer it too much. The formula is very dark black, which I love also. The only major problem I have with it is that the brush is large and flat at the end so I have trouble getting my top inner lashes, and find myself just using another mascara with a smaller wand for those - which is kinda...lame. But nevertheless a terrific mascara and I will purchase again, no doubt.

first one i bought was absolutely amazing. it makes lashes look very big with lots of volume. the second was dried out and sort of weird; it came out really goopy. only other issue: if you cry or get anything in your eyes, it gets alllll over. it didn't irritate my eyes though, but i put drops in for my contacts and it got the mascara all over!

I received a miniature version of this when I purchased the Smashbox Eyewish palette, and I actually really like this it... much more than I thought I would. I kind of am a mascara nazi, and ONLY use my cover girl lashblast. I've used MAC, and it makes my eyes itch, the UD doesn't do it for me, don't care for the MUFE one, the Rimmel smells like play doh.... I tried this and I'm really impressed. My only complaints are that you have to watch portion control otherwise it will be a mess and the price, but if you pump once, wipe off the excess and apply evenly it does wonders to my lashes. :) Doesn't bother my eyes at all, so I would splurge on a good mascara.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MASCARA!

The *idea* behind the twisted brush sounds awesome, but its just messy. Too much product comes off and it just gets everywhere. The formula seems too "wet" and gloopy.

They tell you to look at the brush to determine what kind of lashes you want (big and busy brush= big and busy lashes) This concept does not apply to this mascara.

Again: extremely messy. Put your $19 towards something better :)
