Hydrating Long Lasting Lipstick

I love everything about Sisley lipsticks, the scent, the shape, the case, the color...but most of all I love how long lasting it is. I put on my lipstick at 9a.m. and at noon it's still there and that's after coffee and a couple of cigarettes. The formula is divine as it contains lanolin and I use pure lanolin on my hair as a pomade and on my cuticles etc. The color I wear, L13 or Petal is a lovely more pink leaning pink/peach with the perfect amount pearlizing(sp) gleam. I am 64 and in MAC speak I am NC23-25 or Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Skin Enhancer #3, brown hair and eyes and this color lights up my face without screaming or strobing!

Absolutely love the color and the fact of how long lasting it is. Will definitely purchase other colors!

the color of this lipstick is beautiful.. it has specs of gold in it.. i really do love it. pricey though. oh my, the packaging is something too. would buy again even if it is a bit to much...

First of all I got the shade Plum wich isn't plum at all, it's a metallic dry-blood red (best way I could describe it). The color is very unique, I've never tried something like that, and since it's really expensive it's something I like. At first when you apply it it's very sheer but you can build it up to a almost full coverage. It is extremely hydriting (almost like a lipbalm) and last for a good 4/5 h. The biggest flaw in this lipstick is that when you apply it, if you wanna keep it sheer, the color doesn't stay even on the lips.
