Scratched brush

I received a scratched brush, and Beautylish quickly and graciously sent me another one. The other one was exactly the same. Badly scratched on the back. It makes the brush look cheap. Beautylish customer service is great, but I’m not sure about quality control. The brush head itself does the purpose it is meant to. This is very expensive for a $100+ brush. I expected more. I probably wouldn’t repurchase from this seller & purchase directly from Raincry.
