What It Is

Jishaku #25: Fan Highlighter is a fan brush made with velvety badger bristles that lay down a sheer veil of highlighter along the high points of the face. Created by makeup artist Rae Morris in collaboration with master brushmakers in Japan.

How to Use It

Dust powder highlighter over the cheekbones and along the center of the forward. You can also use it to highlight the collarbone and sweep away eye shadow fallout underneath the eyes.
