The best brush for me, to use with brow powder. Since my brows have diminished, powder is burnished into the skin with this brush-- I shape them, then soften the edges with an independent mascara brush--voila! Natural looking brows! and gfs have told me they look so natural and they never knew it wasn't hair...

This isn't your typical flat angle tip, it has a very hard tip it is also rather small, I wouldn't say it distributes colour evenly to the brow, the hard tip tends to smunge on the skin rather then a feathery blend.
