AMAZING
I have the shade Poppy, which is not listed in the options. It's a gorgeous neon pumpkin orange. This liner feels like a matte lipstick. It glides on so smoothly without lip balm. It's completely covers my lips. I would wear this without a lipstick on top. The picture shown has Wet n Wild's Salsa Lessons on top.

Nothing incredible, but it definitely does the job. It is long lasting and they have a wonderful selection of colors. It's a bit drying, but that doesn't bother me too much. The color matches great with quite a few of my lip sticks. I would buy another one.
