Compact!
I like this product because it's very compact and small and the shadows are pretty pigmented. You get 9 great shadows that you can create multiple looks with and you get lip glosses as well.
Great For Summer, Just a Tad Too Small
I love this kit for Summer. It's one of my go to palettes for a smokey eye in the Summer time. Anything bronzed on the eyes just appeals to me during that time. I'm not too big on using a bronzer so I stick to doing my eyes in that tone. I wear these shadows with NYX's Mega Shine Lipgloss in the shade Ice Princess for a great Summer look: Thank you JuicyStar07 for the recommendation!
This palette has an array of gold, brown, bronze, and copper tones. It also has a variation of shimmer and matte colors, even though the shimmer out weighs the matte. Every color however is well pigmented and smooth. They last pretty well with a primer (haven't tried it without), and look great on the eyes.
The biggest down side to this palette is that it's so stinking small! I'm being honest it literally fits in the palm of your hand and the shadows themselves are really small. While the colors and all are great, I've found myself hitting pan a lot faster because of the size. I really wish they made this palette bigger, because I use it A LOT in the Summer.
All in all, I do like this palette and would recommend it to others. BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Buy it off of www.cherryculture.com instead of from NYX directly. That way you can get it for $8.50 or so instead of $13. Cherry Culture is a great place to buy NYX Cosmetics for A LOT less! Look into it if you haven't.
Smaller than I thought
This palette was just a little smaller than I thought it would be.
The eyeshadows are all right; some are nicely pigmented and soft while others are so-so. The lip colours are average.
I think you'd be better off investing in the single eyeshadows as you would end up getting more for your money, and NYX's single eyeshadows are really good.
The packaging is great though, but I wish the quality of the product inside were a lot better.
