I usually purchase scrubs that have the scrubbing beads suspended in a gel base. When rubbed onto my skin, the scrub exfoliates and foams up in a nice lather. On a whim and a very t-zone shiny day, I decided to give this a try even though it was a lotion based scrub. Usually scrubs such as these give me white heads something fierce but I was unfortunately feeling optimistic. I wish I had saved my $5. The next day after using this scrub, I had 5 all over my nose. I decided to keep trying, maybe I had to get used to it... Nope. Just more white heads! This is the 3rd or 4th lotion based scrub I've tried and the results were always the same. Luckily I've learned my lesson.
