Luminous and pretty, but not for oily skin with enlargened pores
I can't bring myself to give this foundation only three stars which it rightfully should get because it just looks so good right after application. The soft natural matte looks like something you would expect at this price range, but unfortunately it also settles into pores as soon as my skin starts getting oilier. Bizarrely, I also found that as this powder blends with my face's natural oils, it makes the foundation look a lot whiter than it is after application and should stay looking like. Four stars, because I truly love how it looks right off the damp sponge -- if only it stayed looking that way!
Okay
It wasn't the best but it worked decently, I truly didn't love it because it cakes up and it isn't really long lasting it is very cakey. I was disappointed because it wasn't worth the money I paid.
not my favorite NARS product
I love NARS and love all the new product reformulations they are doing. I think this is a million times better than the old powder foundation but it still broke down on my after 4-5 hours or wear time. It's beautiful till it started settling into my pores. I used primer and everything. However I have found that this is a beautiful topper for a tinted moisturizer for a light weight feel that has some fuller coverage. I know this isn't meant as a setting powder or a finishing powder but I have found that it wears better that way for me.
