Restorative Hair Mask

Every time I've asked a hair stylist what the best brand was they would always say Moroccan Oil so I finally decided to by my first product from them. I only got the sample size of this because there stuff is pretty expensive, but there products really work well. My hair definitely got stronger, and had better elasticity. I cant wait to buy this again and more products from them. I definitely recommend everyone try this. <3 :)

If you haven’t tried Moroccan Oil products by now, you’re doing yourself a disservice.

I love Moroccan oil. I love the way it makes my hair feel, I love the way it makes my hair shine, but most importantly, I love the way it makes my hair smell! The scent of the Moroccan Oil brand gets me every time. If they had a perfume, I’d wear it!

This post, however, isn’t about the allure of the Moroccan Oil scent, it’s about the quality of the brand and it’s product assortment. Most recently, I’ve tried the Moroccan Oil Restorative Hair Mask.

It was time for a change…

I bleach my hair. I’m not a true blonde. I admit to that. Having color treated my hair for well over 10 years now, I need to deep condition my hair on a regular basis. I’ve tried a variety of hair care products. Some were pricey, some were not. Some did the trick, others failed. I stuck with a brand to the point where my hair got too used to it, that I needed to switch things up. I looked to Moroccan Oil’s Restorative Hair Mask— and it worked wonders on my hair!

New routine…

After my standard rinse, lather, and repeat, I put a generous dollop of the Restorative Hair Mask into the palm of my hands and massage through my hair. I then leave the conditioner to sit in my hair for about 5-10 minutes before rinsing.

Make it last…

Sometimes, when I’m not pressed for time and really want to nourish my hair, I leave the Restorative Hair Mask in my hair for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Just hop out of the shower, tie your hair up, wrap it with a towel and let the mask do it’s magic! When you finally rinse your hair after about 30-60 mins, you’ll notice that your hair is super smooth and soft. Leaving the conditioner in your hair a little longer every now and then makes a world of a difference!

I started using deep conditioning mask about a year ago and the first one I bought was the Macadamia Nut Natural Oil Deep Repair Mask, which is good. But then I found the MorrocanOil Restorative Hair Mask and I was amazed! This deep conditioner keeps my hair so nice, shiny, and soft between my relaxers which is awesome. I have yet to buy the oil, but when I do, I'll definitely do a review =)

I have been hearing a lot of buzz about Moroccanoil and after my last hair visit was highly recommended to try out the mask to restore some moisture and shine with the hair mask so I finally bit the bullet and shoved out the $35 to buy the restorative hair mask. I have only used it twice (once a week for 2 weeks so far) and immediately following use I can definitely see the difference in softness and shine. My hair looks healthier but I still see the dry brittle ends. I hope with continued use that it will restore overall health (but I may need to get another trim).
