The Youth Dew

I always return back to the youth dew. This oil is amazing. It smells good, and it keeps my skin supple. I have combination skin. It keeps my skin moisturized on the dry parts of my face; the oily part of my face isn’t covered by heavy oil after I apply the youth dew but it absorbed into the skin. I feel I’m getting less breakouts while using it. I would highly recommend this.

I love May Lindstrom's message and really relate to her sensitive skin struggles. Unfortunately after using for a couple of days I started to get a rash on my face. I believe the essential oils in the product do not agree with my skin. I also experienced irritation from the other leave on products from her line. I will say that if you do not have sensitivities to essential oils, this product is a really unique texture, feels very nourishing, and smells devine. I am a faithful user of The Problem Solver and The Clean Dirt but this was not for me.

Do you need The Youth Dew? Probably not. Do you want The Youth Dew. Yes, yes you do. I have been on a quest for years to find the products that work the best for my skin, even if they're on the pricey side, which this is. But it works like crazy. My skin (I'm 46 with super combo skin - very dry cheeks with some light rosacea and very oily nose and chin, along with pronounced pores) and this is almost miraculous for me. Absorbs beautifully into all areas of my face, hydrating the dry bits, and seeming to modulate the oily parts. Smells great and a little goes a long way. It's calmed my skin down a lot (the redness) and has regulated oil production so that everything is more balanced. Youth Dew plus Blue Cocoon is magic.

This stuff is amazing and a must have part of my skincare routine! It imparts a beautiful natural glow that is not greasy or oily and works wonders either under makeup or on its own. You have to try it to believe it! Well worth the price!

This oil is truly something special. Of course, when I spend $140 on a face serum it darn well better do what it claims! I'm pleasantly surprised to say The Youth Dew does that and more.

After cleansing my skin, I'll follow up with The Honey Mud, The Problem Solver, or whatever mask I'm experimenting with at the time (let it sit for 1-2 hours) and rinse off, then apply one pump of TYD and begin pressing it into my skin. I proceed to mist my skin for maximum product absorption. My dry skin instantly begins drinking it up like a tall glass of ice water, deeply hydrating, plumping and soothing my skin (as opposed to just sitting on top of it like most serums do). I don't know what magic May has done to make this serum work so much more efficiently than others on the market, but I'm grateful for her gifts!

Honestly, this serum makes my skin look so healthy I barely touch my other serums these days. Though the price stings, I'm ecstatic to have found a serum that my skin adores so much! May's products have done so much good for my skin, which has been very hormonal and difficult to treat for years. My only regret is that I didn't try May's products sooner! However, now I look forward to eventually trying (and possibly acquiring ;) her entire line!

Being a beauty junkie and always in the market for finding a product that will help take a few years off but actually work is not always easy to come by. After months reading and being tempted by May Lindstrom products I finally decided to try the youth dew. I really thought it was a serum so it was quite the surprise when it was a oil but it’s not like any oil. Yes, the consistency is a oil but then it turns into a water base humectant that leaves the skin GLOWING! This magical bottle has cleared my hyperpigmentation, wrinkes, elasticity, and glow. It’s so impressive I no longer use concealer, only tinted moisturizer and a few for drops. I’ve now graduated to - The Problem Solver, Clean Dirt and Blue Cocoon. My next investment is Honey Mud and if I could ever part ways with my Eve Lom cleansing balm, I may try the Pendulum Potion.

I have never used an oil product before and I honestly didn't;t know what to expect, but this is a penetrating calming product that just soothes my skin and makes it feel radiant. I have eczema and it is difficult to find something that can really help my retain moisture and stay soft for an extended period of time. This product is a total keeper.

I had been looking to make a change in my skin routine, and had good luck with other May Lindstrom products. I'd been feeling as though things just weren't right, somehow...my skin was clear, looked okay, but I just felt as though it wasn't feeling particularly good, for some reason. I upped my water intake, I opted for a richer moisturizer: still seemed fine, but just looked kind of 'meh.' I decided to take the plunge and try a sample of The Youth Dew, just to see what might happen. After a week, I had what I was looking for: my skin loves this product. That certain something was back. I'm not going to tell you this will change your life, and I'm not going to tell you it's a miracle worker. What I will tell you is that it gave my skin the sort of boost? oomph? nudge? that put things back to rights, and now I am much happier with the texture, color and overall glow that I've gotten from one pump in the morning and two at night. As always, your mileage may vary, but I liked the sample enough to spring for a whole bottle, and now I'm on my second. I'll be a customer for as long as she makes this product, it's that good.

The entire May Lindstrom line is unlike any I’ve ever tried and believe me, I’ve tried what seems like almost everything. I have combination, T-zone oily, “mature” skin and moisturizers, serums and oils have ALWAYS been my “bump in the road”. They’re usually too heavy, make my larger pores saggy and within a few hours I have a layer of oil on my skin, while at the same time my skin didn’t feel hydrated and even worse, didn’t LOOK hydrated. It took using Youth Dew and the rest of May’s line to learn the products I was using weren’t being absorbed at all. This oil along with the rest of the May Lindstrom line has been a game changer for me. Hydrated skin, smaller pores and healthy looking skin. It didn’t take long to realize that the amount of foundation I was using is no longer necessary. May Lindstrom line, in my opinion, is a system. One product working with and complementing the other. It is definitely a spa-like experience going through the steps massaging and giving my skin the love it has been craving and actually takes less time. I was using FIFTEEN products (alternating, concurrently and periodically) to do only part of what May Lindstrom’s entire line of 7 products does for me (and 2 of the 7 are every 2-3 days, every week products). Another thing about the line I love is there’s no “do I need the oil (or cleanser or toner) for oily skin, sensitive skin or the anti-aging?”. I’m so happy that May has taken that out of the equation. You’ll start to see a difference right away and it only gets better the longer you use them.

Plan to continue regular use to see if this is actually as good as my first 48 hours of use! Was amazing by how great my skin looked when I woke up, blemishes slightly, skin tone and texture even and hydrated and glowing, not shiny at all. Got a good nights sleep thanks to my skin feeling so nourished after using this. I also used the pendulum potion and blue cocoon from her line and pair the Kypris clearing serum. So far so good. Looking forward to continuing use and see where I get with my skin goals!
