if i had not had a good nights sleep and wake up in the morning with puffy bags underneath my eyes, i use this and within minutes you can see you eyes transform from having bags, to having a little, to wow...gone! it has cucumber in it and it smells wonderful. it goes on very thin,so be careful about grabing a lot, you don't need a lot.
