Orange Cleansing Soap

I took a survey on the Mario Badescu web site & they sent me free samples=) This was one of those samples. I used it and I was hooked. My skin has never been so clear and smooth. I love this because it does not feel harsh. It literally feels like you are washing your skin with a creamy lotion. Weird but it works!

My face felt a bit weird after. It felt chalky. I didn't feel like it was drying up my skin or tightening up my skin but my face felt chalky. You don't need a lot of product to wash your face. I didn't try this with my makeup so I'm not sure how that will fare. I usually remove my makeup first with a makeup remover and then wash my face. I use this with my Clarisonic and it cleans really well. My skin has not gotten any bad reactions from it but I will update once I do. I think an oil type skin will benefit more with this cleanser than a dry type skin like mine.

Update: I forgot that I can't change the star rating on edit so I had to delete the previous review. Previous review is on top this paragraph. After using this for 3 days in a row, I am surprise that I don't need to exfoliate. I usually had to exfoliate 2x/3x a week if I want to get rid of flakes. I didn't break out from it and it helped get rid of whiteheads! I know Mario Badescu's products are well raved by celebrities but not by the professionals. His products do leave me that matte look and lack of luster which I'm not sure if I love since I do have dry skin. I bumped it from 3 1/2 stars to 4.
