the consistency is perfect and it has good lasting power for a lip gloss. the applicator is very comfortable. the cool tingle is gentle and refreshing, not stinging. I wouldn't say it really plumps though. heart shaped is a sheer shade that adds a nice pink wash of color to my lips with a fine golden pink shimmer. I like it a lot!

This lip vinyl is absolutely amazing. It's not too sticky and not too glossy. All of the shades are perfect for any occasion. I have the Sweet Escape shade and it's so lovely. It's not too much, but just enough. The vinyl is also long lasting. I hope you all try it out!
