Loving the color Margin--the frost finish brightens me up just enough without being over-the-top sparkly, and the color is very pigmented, but still nicely buildable, so I can use just enough to give my cheeks a nice glow or I can build it up to be a bit more dramatic. My favorite part is that it doesn't look too orange or pink on me, as I often have trouble finding shades that look relatively natural with my skin tone for the days I don't want to go all out with my makeup. This is just perfect for me. Will definitely repurchase when I run out.
ON THE HUNT
ON THE HUNT Borrowed 'LoveRush' from my sister over the weekend and immediately fell in love with it only to find out it was discontinued a loooong time ago. So here I am, on the hunt for this shade that I had no idea existed *le sigh*. Anyway, about the blush itself lol, it worked wonders for me as a contour against my NC50 skintone. I coupled it with the sleek contour kit in Dark and used my Nars Orgasm Illuminator to highlight my cheekbones---amazeballs! Will be ECSTATIC if/when LoveRush and I are reunited.
I don't think there's a shade of MAC blush I would dislike. The blushes are pigmented enough to show up on most skintones (I'm blessed enough to have medium skin that can wear anything from a baby pink to a dark raisin) but not so pigmented that they're hard to apply (I'm looking at you, BareMinerals loose powder blush. Seriously my bathroom floor will never recover from your mess)
MAC blush was my first blush ever and no other has compared. The formulation is perfect. I just wish I had the money to repurchase regularly.
Perfect Shade!
For reference I'm a NC45. For WOC do not sleep on this shade. It offers a smidgen of shimmer but its so finely milled it doesn't come off looking like a disco ball on tne face. Just the perfect shade to work with the nude or red lippies. I absolutely love this blush and will definitely repurchase if I ever hit pan.
